Sleep Inn & Suites

Not bad at all! The rooms were fantastic with a clean feel. The bathroom was clean as well with a good water pressure in the sink and shower. The TV channels were messed up and showed a time 4 hours prior and made the TV schedule all messed up but luckily I fixed it in settings. The pool was nice with a clean feel and clear waters. It was a little warm but not bad. The breakfast wasn't very good. The waffle mix was too thick and didn't make a very good waffle, no butter, and very little syrup which made the waffles dry. The bread was out in the open and not covered at all which made it dry. They also ran out of plates, cups, napkins, and food and didn't restock. The halls and lobby was clean too! The breakfast was the reason for 4 stars

The attendants were friendly, rooms were clean and updated, and the bathroom was clean. Hot breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again. Good location.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had daily service. The entrance is at the front and end door with your room key. Breakfast is offered each morning. Restaurants nearby.

I travel for work and try to stay in this general area when in Augusta. A few mishaps had me waiting for funds and reservations to go thru. It's 99° out. Super Hot! The gentleman at the counter went above and beyond to help me with no further waiting. I stay in many hotels and the customers service was FANTASTIC!! I recommend this hotel and will be back. I stayed here during the Peach Games in Augusta and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and much better than the hotel I stayed at the night before. This hotel was noticeably cleaner, and the price was also very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area that were charging much more. I’d stay here again next time I’m in town!

This is by far the BEST Sleep Inn Hotel I've ever stayed at... Check-in is quick and easy, the hotel is extremely clean, very good location with easy access to restaurants and I-20... For the price, you can't beat the value. It's very peaceful. So quiet you could hear a pen drop on the carpet!! Let me not forget to mention, Venu!!! A Great guy. Very courteous, pleasant attitude and very, very friendly!! He's the cherry on top!! I recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for an affordable (quiet) place to rest, in a great location and friendly atmosphere... One more thing... They have Samsung Smart Tv's... u easily can screen cast your phone and watch anything u want!! I will be staying here every time I come to this area!! Good luck on your stay! You won't regret it!! That's a promise!!

Great place and nice staff. Enjoyed my 2nd visit within the same week. I love the nice carpet and clean rooms. New owners really doing a great job. My favorite place now!

It was one of the best rooms I have had in a while. The staff were very polite and courteous. The tub was a little slow draining, and the cord for the hair dryer covered up the light switch for the bathroom. But I would still stay again with Zero problems. I highly reccomend.

Stayed here for a Monday practice round at The Masters. Our two nights were very comfortable. They’ve remodeled and have some small items that need completion but it was clean, comfortable and staff was welcoming. Recommended if you’re in the Augusta area.

Nicely remodeled and comfortable beds. 15 minutes to gate 1 of fort Eisenhower with a lot of eating choices nearby. Hotel was inexpensive. But plenty of parking even had places for trucks with trailers.
